Join the Marsh Lane Harriers (MLH) for a transformative yoga experience tailored exclusively for runners. Located at the Alive Fitness Dance Studio on Coronation Road, Crosby, L23 3BJ, these weekly sessions, every Thursday, promise to be a rejuvenating addition to your training routine.

Sessions and Cost:

  • Two 45-minute sessions every Thursday at 6:30 pm & 7:30 pm.
  • Cost: £5 per session.
  • Special rate of £3 for MLH £10 per month members.
  • No charge for 'MLH Coaching Ultimate' members.

Booking Details: Secure your spot by booking through Spond, with a limit of 16 places per class. If you have your own yoga mat, bring it along; otherwise, spare mats will be available.
