Where:  Santillán Retreat Yoga and Wellness Retreat centre is an expansive Andalucian cortijo with gardens overlooking a private valley onto the Mediterranean sea.  It is located in the peace of the Spanish countryside, only 35 minutes from Malaga airport

We are VERY excited to share we are collaborating with Carliann Langley, a prestigious and renowned Yin Yoga teacher to bring you a very special retreat, 'The Rest Retreat', in a sort-after location which we have been trying to reserve for years!

OUR STORY:

Megan and Carliann are mutually passionate about bringing more peace, calm and rest into peoples lives.  They will create space for you to fully relax, let go and recharge while equipping you with the tools you can take away with you and use to create more harmony and balance in your every day life.  The power of a retreat can be life changing, all we ask is for an open mind and heart.

RETREAT OVERVIEW:

This retreat will give you the rest your mind and body desires.  Megan Marcelle & Carliann Langley, will support and guide you through this 5 day retreat experience which will leave you feeling fully rested and restored.  They have chosen this particular retreat location as it is world renowned for its peace and tranquillity, so much so even the Dalai Lama himself has visited - there is not much more to say! 

Each day you will be guided through both a yang (Hatha) and Yin practice in one of three beautiful studio spaces, one outdoor and two indoor.  The rest of your day can be spent relaxing and reading a book by the tranquil salt-water pool  or resting on your private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens, surrounding hills or the sea.  

We work with the best people to bring you what has been described on many occasions as a 'Life changing' experience. Please note places are limited and they fill fast.  We hope you will join us! 

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

* 6 nights accommodation with an ensuite bedroom, private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens, surrounding hills or sea (Rooms on a first come, first served basis) 

* Daily 2 hour morning energising yang and breath work practice, guided by Megan Marcelle.  Classes are tailored to suit all levels and individuals (time is taken to understand guests needs) 

*  Daily 2 hour peaceful evening Yin and Meditation Practice guided by Carliann Langley

* Wholesome meals prepared by our onsite specialist chef 3 times a day (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).  All dishes are prepared from organic produce grown under the Spanish sun, from our gardens, local farmers, fruit trees and herb garden

* Walking trips exploring the Andalusian mountains

Santillán has individually designed en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private balcony or garden terrace facing the sea, tropical gardens and surrounding hills.  Please note that rooms will be distributed on a first come first served basis.  We will be offering the sea view rooms first.
