In a heartwarming collaboration, Sefton Baby Baskets and Flow Fitness have found new homes, making a positive impact on the community in Sefton. Following the closure of Love23 community centre, these community pillars are now based at St Edmunds Priests house (62 Oxford Road) and St Nicholas’ church on Oxford Road.
New Homes for Sefton Baby Baskets and Flow Fitness
Sefton Baby Baskets, a charitable organization, and Flow Fitness, a fitness initiative led by Lauren and Gill, have successfully transitioned to new locations, bringing their valuable services closer to the community.

Supporting New Beginnings with Sefton Baby Baskets
Sefton Baby Baskets is dedicated to providing essential support to new mothers and their newborns. The charity is actively seeking donations of good quality second-hand baby clothes, towels, blankets, sleep suits, Moses baskets, and other baby equipment. Drop-off donations at 62 Oxford Road on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:30 am or with Lauren at any Flow Fitness class. You can find full information at www.Flow Fitness.uk.
Inclusive Wellness Initiatives with Flow Fitness
Lauren and Gill, the forces behind Flow Fitness, are on a mission to make wellness accessible to all mothers.
