Weekly Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday Sessions:

    • 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm - Cardio and Fitness
    • 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Cardio and Strength
  • Saturday Session:

    • 9:30 am to 10:30 am - Boxing and Conditioning
